REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made at www.forgeperformanceco.com. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the research-use-only nature of our products and the strict chain-of-custody requirements for research-grade materials, Forge Performance Co. does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any peptide, lab consumable, or related research product once it has shipped.

This policy applies regardless of whether the package has been opened, used, or remains sealed.

Limited Exceptions

We will work with customers in good faith on the following limited situations:

1. Order Errors on Our End

If you receive the wrong product due to a fulfillment error on our part, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent at no additional cost.

2. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, document the damage with photos before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged shipments are subject to carrier claim processes; resolution depends on carrier findings. We do our best to make customers whole, but Forge Performance Co. is not directly responsible for damage caused by the carrier.

3. Defective Product

If a product is found to be defective upon arrival (e.g., compromised packaging, contamination, missing components), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will evaluate the claim case-by-case and may issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

What Is Not Covered

We cannot offer refunds, returns, or replacements for:

• Buyer's remorse or change of mind
• Products that did not produce expected research results
• Products opened, used, or stored improperly
• Apparel, merchandise, or non-peptide items returned for fit or preference reasons
• Lost packages where tracking confirms delivery
• Packages refused by the recipient or returned due to customer-side address errors
• Orders placed with incorrect shipping information

Apparel and Merchandise

Apparel and non-research merchandise (shirts, branded items) are final sale. Please review sizing guides before ordering.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and falls under the "All Sales Final" policy above.

Store Credit

In rare cases where a refund is not appropriate but a customer experience issue warrants resolution, Forge Performance Co. may issue store credit at our sole discretion. Store credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Forge Performance Co. is not liable for lost or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Missing items must be reported within 48 hours of tracking indicating delivery.

Research Use Only

All products sold by Forge Performance Co. are intended for laboratory and research use only. They are not intended for human consumption, therapeutic use, or any application outside qualified research environments. By placing an order, you represent that you are purchasing for research purposes and accept full responsibility for proper handling, storage, and use in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

This is a final-sale policy specifically because of the research-use-only designation, which makes resale, return-to-stock, and chain-of-custody verification impossible once a product leaves our facility.

Governing Law
